Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required
- Items must be returned in full, including all accessories and tags
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or handmade-to-order items
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final-sale items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival). Please use a trackable shipping method for all returns. Keila Craft is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of order confirmation (confirmation email or phone). We do not issue cash refunds or alternate method refunds.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
